Present application u/s 528 BNSS has been filed for quashing the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 37608 of 2023 (State vs. Upendra Yadav and two others), arising out of case crime no. 256 of 2023, under Sections 376, 506 of I.P.C., Police Station Gida, District Gorakhpur, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 3, Gorakhpur. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the joint affidavit has been filed in this case by the applicant no. 1 and the opposite party no. 2/informant/victim of the present case. The applicant no. 2 is husband of opposite party no. 2 and the applicant no. 1 is b
