Present application has been preferred with the prayer to quash the judgement and order dated 27.02.2026 passed by learned Additional District and Session Judge/FTC, Court No.3, Muzaffarnagar in Criminal Revision No.297 of 2025 (Sanjay Premi Vs. State) as well as order dated 04.07.2025 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.1, Muzaffarnagar in Criminal Case No.15175 of 2023 (Sanjay Premi vs. State) arising out of Case Crime No.667 of 2022, under Sections 406, 420, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Nayi Mandi, District- Muzaffarnagar through which discharge application preferred at the behest of applicant is rejected, including the entire proceedings of above-mentioned case. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of applicant has challenged the impugned orders passed in the above-mentioned case as well
