The present application under Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been preferred to quash the entire criminal proceedings of Case No. 87504/2023 (State vs. Deepesh Chelani and Ors) arising out of Case Crime No. 217/2022 pending under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 of IPC, 1860 & 3/4 DP Act, 1961 which is pending before the Court of learned Civil Judge Junior Division/ F.T.C.-1,(Offences Against Women), Ghaziabad, in pursuance of charge sheet dated 12.10.2022 and cognizance/summoning order dated 24.02.2023, pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge Junior Division/ F.
