The present 528 BNSS application has been filed to quash the summoning order dated 13.10.2015 and set aside the entire further proceeding of Complaint Case No. 1741 of 2013 (Sahid Khan vs. Bali Khan and Others), Under Sections-498-A, 323, 504 and 506 of I.P.C. & 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Orai in terms of compromise arrived between the parties. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that applicants and daughter of opposite party no.2 have amicably settled their dispute out of the Court.
