The instant application under Section 528 BNSS has been filed by applicants to quash the entire proceedings of Case No. 185 of 2025 (State Vs. Shivnarayan and another), arising out of Case Crime No. 69 of 2021, under Sections 323, 324, 452 IPC, Police Station- Koraon, District- Prayagraj, pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.10, Allahabad. 3. There is no point in issuance of notice to opposite party no.2, who is the author of compromise at page no.62 of the application. 4. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that the F.I.R. has been lodged by the opposite party no.2 on 22.02.2021 for the incident of the same day.
