Ashok Kumar) under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, Police Station Medical, District Meerut, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.6, Meerut. 3. It is alleged in the complaint that applicant and opposite party no.2 have close friendship and applicant borrowed money from complainant for marriage of her daughter.
