Present application has been preferred with the prayer to quash the order dated 06.02.2026 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.7, Ghaziabad in Case No.8391 of 2022 (State vs. Praveen Goel and Others) arising out of Case Crime No.1039 of 2012, under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S. Sihani Gate, District- Ghaziabad, pending in the court of learned ACJM, Court No.7, Ghaziabad, through which discharge application preferred at the behest of applicant is rejected including the entire criminal proceedings of above-mentioned case. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of applicant has challenged the impugned order along with entire proceedings of the present case precisely on the ground that Sections 420 and 406 IPC cannot go together in the same breath as per the proposition of law
