By means of the instant petition filed under 482 Cr.P.C./528 B.N.S.S., 2023, the applicant has challenged the validity of an order dated 10.09.2025 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ambedkar Nagar in Misc. Case No. 355 of 2025 titled Shiv Kumari v. Anil Kumar & Ors., whereby an application filed by the opposite party no. 3 under Section 173(4) Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) was allowed and the police was directed to register an FIR on the basis of allegations leveled in the app
