Shesh Singh Chauhan), under Sections 127(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2) BNS and Section 3(2)(5A), 3(1)Da, Dha SC/ST Act, P.S. Kotwali Dehat, District Mirzapur, pending in the court of Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Mirzapur and with a further prayer to stay the further proceedings of the aforesaid case, during the pendency of the present application. 4.
