Present application under Section 528 of the BNSS has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Session Case No. 787 of 2020 (State vs. Sandeep) and charge-sheet no. 202 of 2020 dated 23.8.2020 arising out of Case Crime No. 337 of 2018, under Sections 363, 366, 376, 504 IPC and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Achalda, District Auraiya as well as impugned cognizance / summoning order dated 11.9.2020 pending before Additional District and Session Judge / Special Judge (POCSO Act), Auraiya on the basis of compromise dated 8.1.2026. 3.
