This application u/s 528 BNSS has been filed for quashing the summoning order dated 04.05.2022 as well as entire proceedings of complaint case no. 3295 of 2019 re-numbered as complaint case no. 14256 of 2019 (Sunil Upadhayay Vs. Ramgopal Gupta) under section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station Chhatta, District Agra, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court no. 2, Agra, by means of which the applicant has been summoned to face the trial under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881. 3.It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that there is money dispute between the parties and opposite party no.2 has filed a complaint under Section 138 of N.I. Act against the applicant. It is further submitted that since there is some dispute regarding paymen
