The instant application has been filed with the prayer to quash the entire proceedings of the pending in the court of Learned special chief judicial magistrate custom, Lucknow in the crime no. 0185/2025 U/S- 85,351(2), 352,127 (2) of BNS, 3/4 of dowery prohibition act and 3/4 of Muslim women protection act P.S- Gazipur, District - Lucknow Chargesheet dated-03/10/2025, and the Summoning order dated 12/03/2026 in the said case., on the basis of the compromise and amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties dated: 11/02/
