Brief facts of the case is that initially an FIR dated 18.07.2025 has been lodged by opposite party no.2 against her in-laws and the present applicants in pursuance to sections 85, 115(2), 352, 351(3), 351(2) BNS with an allegation that they have committed cruelty with her after her marriage with one Gaurav Shakya, wherein after conducting detail investigation by concerned inquiry office
