Counsel for the applicant submits that it is alleged in the complaint that applicant and opposite party no.2 are old friends and applicant borrowed money of Rs.9 lacs for purchasing land and later applicant returned the said amount by way of cheque, bearing No.834150 dated 04.04.2024 from Saving A/c No.2084878163, when the cheque produced before Bank the same got dishonoured with
