The present 528 BNSS application has been filed to quash the impugned summoning order dated 08.08.2024, passed by First Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Hamirpur, in case No. 3673/2023, (Smt. Ranibai Versus Prashant Kumar and others), under sections 498-A, 323, 354 IPC & 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station -Kurara, District Hairpur. 3. Counsel for the applicants submits that applicant No.1 is husband and applicant No.2 is father-in-law of opposite party No.2. It is alleged in the complaint that applicant solemnized marriage with opposite party no.2 on 24.05.2021, thereafter, applicants were demanded for additional dowry by way of 4 bigha land, when applicants' demand was not fulfilled, they mishandled and torture the opposite party No.2. He further submitted that allegation in the complaint is false and
