This application u/s 528 BNSS has been filed for quashing the entire criminal proceeding as well as summoning order dated 24.12.2025 arising out of Compliant Case No. 1860 of 2025 (Mohit Kumar Vs Sandeep Kumar), Under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, Police Station- Purqazi, District- Muzaffarnagar. 3.It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that there is money dispute between the parties and opposite party no.2 has filed a complaint under Section 138 of N.I.
