No. 279 of 2019 (Smt. Kamini Katiyar vs. Krishna Kumar and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 114 of 2018, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 452, 394, 376D of I.P.C., Police Station Rajpur, District Kanpur Dehat, on the basis of compromise dated 09.01.2026. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that applicants are cousin and first informant/victim of the present case is also their cousin
