Present application has been preferred with prayer to quash charge sheet dated 9.3.2025 as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 4.2.2026 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division)/F.T.C. IIIrd, Ballia and entire proceeding of Case Crime no. 006 of 2025 under sections 191(2), 109, 352, 324(4), 115(2), 351(3) BNS, PS- Pakari, District Ballia. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for applicants that applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case due to mala fide intention and ulterior motive of opposite party no. 2. Prior to lodging of the present FIR, a civil dispute regarding the ownership and possession of the disputed property was already pending between the parties before concerned court. Present dispute is purely civil in nature which has been given criminal colour and as such impugned cognizance
