No. 290 of 2009 (State vs. Bablu @ Devi Dayal and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 315 of 2008, under Section 302 of I.P.C. and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, P.S. Naini, District Allahabad. 4.
