Ashish and others), arising out of Case Crime No.225 of 2024, under Sections 323, 325, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Meja, District- Prayagraj, pending before learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.10, Prayagraj, including charge-sheet dated 01.09.2024 and cognizance/summoning order dated 08.09.2025. 3. Learned counsel for applicants argued that applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case by opposite party no.2 only to harass them since no offence as alleged, has ever been committed by them.
