Instant application has been filed to quash the order dated 10.03.2026 passed by the learned Special Judicial Magistrate First, Banda as well as entre proceeding of Case no. 476/ IX of 2025 (Union Bank of India Versus Rajesh Tiwari) under section 138 of N.I. Act, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Banda, pending in the court of Special Judicial Magistrate First, Banda. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant borrowed an amount of Rs.8,10,000/- for purchasing a Scorpio car. Thereafter, the applicant did not pay a single penny to the bank. Subsequently, Opposite Party No. 2 presented a cheque issued by the applicant for encashment. However, the said cheque was dishonoured, following which the present complaint was filed.
