The present 528 BNSS application has been filed to quash the impugned order dated 07.03.2026 passed by Learned Special Judge (N.I. Act), Agra in Complaint Case No. 5372 of 2021 (Bijendra Singh Vs. Sri Krishan Sharma) under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, Police Station New Agra, District Agra, pending in the court of learned Special Judge (N.I. Act), Agra. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that applicant by way of present application has challenged the order dated 07.03.2026 by which the application of applicant to get expert handwriting opinion in regard to altercation in cheque as cheque was issued by applicant for Rs.50,000/- but thereafter digit 4 added before 5 by opposite party no.2, therefore, expert opinion is required for just decision of the case. He fu
