Present application under Section 528 of the BNSS has been filed to quash the charge-sheet dated 2.8.2019 and cognizance order dated 20.8.2019 passed by Additional Session Judge / Special Judge (POCSO Act), Court No. 7, Jhansi in Special Session Case No. 1389 of 2019 arising out of Case Crime No. 362 of 2019, under Sections 363, 366, 376(1) IPC and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Jhansi. 4. The following submissions have been made by the learned counsel for the applicant: (i) The applicant and the victim of the pre
