The present 528 BNSS application has been filed to quash the entire proceeding of Complaint Case No.20845 of 2023, (Manish Upadhyay Vs. Sanjeev Kumar Sahu), u/s 138 of N.I. Act, at Police Station Nawabad, District Jhansi, which arises from the impugned summoning order dated 29.01.2026 passed by the Learned Presiding Officer, Additional Court, Jhansi, the same may be liable to be set aside. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to mala fide intention. Applicant submitted cheque of Allahabad Bank in the year 2023, whereas the said bank was merged in the year 2019 and therefore the cheque got dishonored and proceedings U/s 138 of N.I.
