Instant application has been filed with prayer to quash the entire proceeding of Special Sessions Trial No. 78 of 2025, filing Session Case No. 2318 of 2025, CNR U.P.FZ01002542 of 2025, Reg. Session Case No. 509 of 2025 including impugned charge sheet no. 78 of 2025 dated 22-02-2025 filed under sections- 115 (2), 352, 351 (3) B.N.S. and 3 (2) Va, 3 (1) da and 3 (1) dha of SC/ST Act, contained as Annexure No. 1 as well as all consequential orders arising out of first information report of Crime no. 704 of 2024 Police Station- Kotwali Nagar District Ayodhya pending in the court of Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Ayodhya in respect of present applicant/petitioner, in the interest of justice. 3. The contention of the learned counsel for the applicant
