Present application under Section 528 BNSS has been filed for quashing the entire proceeding of Session Trial No. 1316 of 2025 (State vs. Adarsh) arising out of Case Crime No. 321 of 2024, under Sections137(2), 64(1) BNS and Section 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station Phase, District Gautam Budh Nagar including the cognizance and summoning order dated 13.10.2025 passed by Additional District Judge / POCSO First, Gautam Budh Nagar on the basis of compromise deed dated 20.2.2026 verified by the trial court dated 25.2.2026. 3.
