No. 313 of 2017 (State vs. Mubarak) arising out of Case Crime No. 91 of 2013, under Sections 363, 366, 120-B, 504, 506, 120-B, 376(2)N of I.P.C. and Section of POCSO Act, Police Station Deorania, District Bareilly, pending Special Judge, POCSO Act, Bareilly. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that the marriage has been solemnized between the applicant no. 2 and the victim (applicant no. 1) and two children were born out of the wedlock of the applicant no. 2 and the victim who are aged about 11 years and nine years now.
