Present application has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned order dated 30.07.2025 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.1, Rampur, in Criminal Case No.3657 of 2017 (State Vs. Rinku and others) under Sections 147, 149, 188, 504 IPC and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station- Kotwali, District Ramapur. 3. Learned counsel for applicant submitted that instant application has been preferred for challenging order dated 30.07.2025 whereby permission for seeking renewal of the passport has been rejected by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.1, District Rampur on the ground that there is no description in respect of expiry date of the passport as well as non-providing passport number through appl
