The present application has been filed seeking quashing of the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.3175 of 2025, under Section 173(4) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Tadiyawa, District Hardoi and the order dated 12.02.2026 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.4, Hardoi. 3.
