This application u/s 528 BNSS has been filed for quashing the entire proceeding of Complaint Case No. 102/2025 (Avin Sharma vs. Ramkishan Singh) U/s 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act as well as to quash the Criminal Revision No. 107/2025 order dated 29.09.2025 passed by the Court of Session Judge, Hathras along with the summoning order dated 24.11.2025 passed by the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hathras in continuation of Complaint Case No. 102/2025 Police Station Mursan, District Hathras. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that there is money dispute between the parties and opposite party no.2 has filed a complaint under Section 138 of N.I. Act against the applicant. It is further submitted that since there i
