The instant application under section 528 BNSS has been preferred to quash the charge sheet dated 30.12.2025 and summoning order dated 17.1.2026 passed by Judicial Magistrate, Maharajganj as well as entire proceedings of Case Crime No. 347 of 2025, under SEctions 115(2), 191(2), 333, 351 (3), 352 B.N.S., police station Kothibhar, district Mahrajganj. 3. Learned counsel for applicants argued that applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case by opposite party no.2 only to harass them since no offence as alleged, has ever been committed by them. It has also been argued by learned counsel for applicants that the injuries examined by concerned Medical Officer are very suspicious, no one has received any grievous injury in the occurrence.
