Present application has been preferred with the prayer to quash the chargesheet dated 22.11.2025 and cognizance/summoning order dated 14.01.2026 along with entire criminal proceedings of Case No.320 of 2026 (State Vs. Anand Kumar Gupta), arising out of Case Crime no. 406 of 2025, under Section 314, 316(2), 329(3) BNS, P.S.- Kotwali, District Maharajganj, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Maharajganj. 3. Learned counsel for applicant submitted that earlier a registered agreement was executed by opposite party no.2 in favour of applicant in respect of some portion of a land i.e. area 0.809 hectare of plot no.360 for the purposes of running brick
