Present application has been filed with the prayer to quash the bailable warrant dated 4.2.2026 and summoning/cognizance dated 13.08.2025 passed by Learned Civil Judge (J.D.)/F.T.C.. Second, Gonda in Criminal Case No.16835 of 2025 "State Vs. Vinod Kumar Gupta and others" in pursuant to the charge sheet filed in FIR No.0064 of 2025 lodged under section 85, 115(2), 352 B.N.S. and 3/4 of D.P. Act at Police Station Mahila Thana, District - Gonda as well as charge sheet dated 23.5.2025 allegedly filed against the applicants in respect of aforesaid FIR No.0064 of 2025 and also to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 16835 of 2025 "State Vs. Vinod Kumar Gupta and others" arising out of FIR No.0064 of
