This application u/s 528 B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant for quashing the summoning order dated 27.08.2025 and the proceedings of the Complaint Case No. 80517 of 2024 (Arjun Chaddha vs. Shravan Kumar Bajpai), under section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station Govind Nagar, District Kanpur Nagar, pending the court of 4th Judicial Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that there is money dispute between the parties and opposite party no.2 has filed a complaint under Section 138 of N.I. Act against the applicant. It is further submitted that since there is some dispute regarding payment of money and as such there is a good chance of amicable settlement of dispute through compromise. 4.
