The present application under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short "CrPC") has been filed seeking setting aside the order dated 06.01.2026 passed by Session Judge, Lucknow in Criminal Revision No. 623 of 2025 and the order dated 02.09.2025 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lucknow (in short "Magistrate") in Complaint Case No. 85097 of 2023. Vide order dated 02.09.2025, the complaint under Section 203 CrPC filed by the application was dismissed against which the applicant filed revision, which was also dismissed vide order dated 06.01.2026. 3.
