The present application has been filed seeking setting aside the order dated 29.08.2019 passed by the Sessions Judge, Ambedkar Nagar in Criminal Revision No.138 of 2018 and the order dated 15.11.2018 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Ambedkar Nagar in Complaint Case No.628 of 2015, Ishrat Jahan Vs. Sarfaraz Ahmad and others, under Sections 498-A, 323 and 504 IPC and Section ¾ Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Jahangeerganj, District Ambedkar Nagar. 2. It is the case of the applicants that marriage of opposite party no.2 was solemnized with the son of applicants no.1 and 2, namely, Sarfaraz Ahmad on 3.5.2012 as per Muslim rites and rituals. After marriage, opposite party no.2 came to her in-laws house and was living with her husband happily. Out of the said wedlock, a child was also is born.
