Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State- opposite party and Sri Alok Mishra, learned counsel for opposite party no.2. 2. The present application under Section 482 CrPC has been filed seeking quashing of entire proceedings of CIS No.2403020/17, Complaint No. 3373/2019 (Ateek Khan Vs. Kafeel and Others), under Sections 323, 427, 452, 379 IPC pending before competent Court of jurisdiction at Sitapur. 3. In pursuance of order dated 03.06.2025 passed by this Court, the compromise deed dated 17.05.2025 annexed as Annexure No.6 to the application, has been verified by the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.4, Sitapur vide order dated 18.06.2025. The report dated 18.06.2025 of Civil Judge is on record. Therefore, submission is that the entire proceedings of the aforesaid criminal case are liable to be quashed. 4
