The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the present applicants for quashing the judgment and order dated 02.02.2023 passed by Sessions Judge, Lucknow in Criminal Revision No.240/2021 as well as order dated 13.03.2023 passed by Civil Judge (J.D.)/J.M. F.T.C., Lucknow. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that compromise deed dated 09.05.2024 has been brought on record as Annexure No.SA-1 to the supplementary affidavit. It has been also submitted that there are many criminal proceedings going on between the parties. This Court, on the basis of compromise, has quashed three proceedings pending before the trial Court, vide orders dated 11.12
