This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C./ 528 BNSS seeking quashing of the impugned criminal proceedings of Case No. 114278/2023 titled State v. Satyam Rathore arises out of FIR bearing Case Crime No. 80/2023, under Sections 504, 506 IPC & 67 I.T. Act, Police Station Gudamba, Lucknow pending in the Court of learned Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lucknow on the ground that the parties have entered into a compromise on 06.10.2024. 3. Learned counsels for the parties submit that they have settled their dispute amicably outside the Court and they
