Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Ambuj Bajpai, learned counsel appearing for opposite party no. 2 and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State as well as perused the record. 3. The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to quash the entire criminal proceedings by the impugned chargesheet dated 23.04.2017 filed in FIR/Case Crime No. 168 of 2017, under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Sarojini Nagar, District Lucknow and summoning order dated 11.01.2019. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the instant case. He next added that due to some m
