The instant application has been filed for quashing of the charge-sheet dated 29.08.2024 arising out of Case Crime No. 238/2024, Under Section 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 325 I.P.C. and 3/4 D. P. Act, Police Station Mahmudabad, District Sitapur (Annexure no. 1) and summoning order dated 27.01.2026 (Annexure No. 2) and further proceedings of Case No. 954/2026; "State Versus Shiv Bihar and others" pending before Learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Sitapur, on the basis of the compromise dated 23.03.2026 4. Learned counsel appearing for
