By means of the instant application, the applicants have prayed for quashing of the impugned Charge sheet No.01 dated 14.12.2016 as well as summoning order dated 08.04.2017 passed in Criminal Case No. 0390 of 2017, arising out of Case Crime No. 0355 of 2016, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Chowk, District-Lucknow.
