By means of the instant application, the applicants have prayed for quashing the entire proceeding of Criminal case no. 5282/2026 arising out of Case crime no. 18/2024, under sections 498A, 323,504, I.P.C. and section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act and 3/4 Muslim Women Protection of Marriage Act, 2019, police station Mahila Thana-II, District Lucknow and also quashing the impugned charge sheet no. 01 dated 30.07.2024 as well as summoning order dated 15.12.2025 passed by learned Civil Judge (J.D.)
