The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C./528 of the B.N.S.S. has been filed with the prayer to set aside/quash the Charge Sheet No.5/2000 dated 13.1.2000, Case Crime No. 240 of 1999 under Sections 498-A, 323, 506 of IPC and section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Banthar, District-Lucknow, summoning order dated 16.5.2000 and N.B.W. order dated 18.6.2025 passed by Special. Chief Judicial Magistrate Custom, District Lucknow (State Versus Surendra & Another). Learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that the applicants are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the instant case.
