The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C./528 of the B.N.S.S. has been filed with the prayer to set aside/quashing of chargesheet no. 434/22 on 25.09.2022 and entire proceeding of the case on the basis of compromise entered between the parties on 28-08-2025 and compromise deed executed on 12.03.2026 in Criminal Case No. 4130 /2024, arising out of case crime no. 156 of 2022, as well as chargesheet no. 434/22 on 25.09.2022, U/s 147,323,452,504,506, 427, 325 of I.P.C., titled as State of U.P. Vers
