The instant application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to quash the the impugned order dated 13.02.2026 passed by the In-Charge Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 28, Lucknow, in connection with Case Crime No. 0011 of 2023, under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, Police Station- Vikas Nagar, District- Lucknow. 3.
