This application u/s 528 of B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed with the prayer to quash/set aside the entire proceeding of Case No.87913/2014 (State Vs. Arvind Kumar and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 438/2013, under Section 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Krishna Nagar, District Lucknow, pending in the Court of VII Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lucknow along with Charge-sheet No. 120/2014 and cognizance order dated 09.10.2014. 3. Vide order dated 23.03.2026, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court had passed the following order: "1. Vakalatnama filed by Shri Ashutosh Bajpai, Advocate on behalf of opp
