Supplementary Affidavit filed today on behalf of the applicant is taken on record. On 08-01-2026, the following order was passed:- "1. It is informed by both the counsel(s) that the parties have compromised. 2. In view thereof, both the parties are directed to appear before the trial court for verification of compromise on 21.01.2026. 3. Trial Court shall verify the compromise and send a report by the next date of listing. 4. List this case on 18.2.2026. 5. Till then, no coercive action shall be taken. 6. Original copies, if any, shall be returned to the applicant on moving appropriate application as per rules." In compliance of the order aforesaid, the verification report dated 21-01- 2026 has been sent by the trial court. From perusal of the same, it is apparent that the compromise deed dated 21-08-2025 has been verified. Heard l
