The present application has been filed seeking setting aside the order dated 15.02.2021 passed by the Additional Session Judge, Room No.1, Gonda in Criminal Revision No.09 of 2020, Garjan and another Vs. State of U.P. and another and the order dated 11.10.2019 passed by the Judicial Magistrate-I, Gonda in Complaint Case No.560 of 2017, Kanik Ram Vs. Garjan and others, by which the Magistrate has summoned the applicant and other co-accused under Sections 323, 452 and 504 IPC. 2. It is the case of the applicant that Nanhoo, Gabul and Garjan are sons of Molhoo, resident of Village Jagannathpur, Pargana Burha Payar, Police Station Khodare, Tahsil Mankapur, District Gonda and they had equal 1/3rd share in Khasra No.230, area 0.3080 hectares. Out of his 1/3rd share, Nanhoo sold 11 dismal./0.044 are land to Hariram, S/o Kanhai, resident
