Petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No. 67/2020 dated 06.03.2020, registered at Police Station Mandawli Fazal Pur, for commission of offences under Sections 498-A/406/34/506 IPC and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The marriage between petitioner No.1 and respondent No.2 was solemnized at Muzaffarpur on 11.12.2011, according to Hindu rites and ceremonies. There are two children from the wedlock. 3. However, on account of some matrimonial dispute, respondent No.2 reported the matter to police which resulted in registration of abovesaid FIR. 4.
